The apartment is located in the residence on the first floor of the main building - Palazzo - which you can reach by car or by the elevator. It has a large balcony with electrically operated sunshades over the whole width. with table, chairs and sunbeds on which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the beautiful Lake Lugano. Partition walls between the balconies ensure privacy.

The apartment is comfortable, luxuriously furnished and has both air conditioning and heating. The apartment has a kitchen with induction cooking, a dishwasher, oven, michrowave, coffee machine, fridge / freezer.

Next to Panama Bar is Osteria del Porto restaurant. Here you can take delicious food for a good price or have a nice pizza. The holiday park offers ample parking. For your daily groceries, visit the well-stocked supermarket 200 meters away.
 
The beautiful nature in the immediate area invites you to go hiking, cycling or horse riding; The Lugano Lake offers many opportunities for water sports and a game of tennis can be found at five minutes from Porto Letizia.
 
Porlezza summer and winter
The picturesque town of Porlezza has about 5000 inhabitants. Porlezza's promenade is located on Lugano, with many cozy terraces and affordable restaurants. In the high season, Porlezza's center is often organized, such as life music nights, fireworks, bone shows and rally's. Every Saturday there is a cozy market next to the lake in Porlezza.
